Hi George, we&#;d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I created Salty cow It was at the height of COVID and everything was shut down everyone was quarantined ordering out fast food and trying to stay calm. I wanted to bring “normal” to people something they could enjoy in house take the stress out and hopefully for a few seconds just relax.
I have been in the culinary world for 16 years learning the whole time I asked questions to further develop my understanding in areas where I was not well versed. Being vulnerable allowed me to let others into my life to help me where I needed a little uplifting. I took those flavor layering techniques and applied them to our boards.
