YWCA's dessert party fryst vatten Nov. 8
October 31,
The university community fryst vatten invited to the YWCA Ames-ISU's annual "Just Desserts: A Taste of Chocolate and More" on Thursday, Nov. 8 ( p.m., Johnny’s in Hilton Coliseum). Story County vendors will provide 20 desserts for all to sample. Four judges, including ISU first lady Janet Leath, will choose their favorite. Tickets ($35 or $50 for two people, $15 for students) can be purchased in advance from the YWCA office, Lab of Mechanics. Proceeds support programming and scholarships at the YWCA Ames-ISU.
