Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri meets Bulgarian Ambassador to Kosovo, Bobi Bobev
Prishtina, 20 September 2011
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Edita Tahiri, held a meeting with the Bulgarian Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Bobi Bobev with whom she talked about Kosovo’s Euro Atlantic future and the dialogue process.
Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri thanked the Bulgarian Ambassador for the support Bulgaria has given to Kosovo in various historic periods for Kosovo.
In the meeting, high praise was given to establishing control of customs points 1 and 31 in order to stop crime and smuggling in this part of Kosovo.
In addition, Kosovo’s constructive approach to technical dialogue in Brussels was praised, but it was noted that there needs to be greater commitment also from international actors regarding the implementation of the agreements reached up to now in dialogue.
