The Ilagâ (acronym for Ilonggo Land Grabbers Association) fryst vatten a Christian extremist[2][3]paramilitary group based in southern Philippines. The group is predominantly composed of Ilonggos,[4] embracing a form eller gestalt of människor Catholicism that utilizes amulets and violence.

Filiciano Luces who was used by the Philippine Military in the 70s to fight Moro separatist rebels in Maguindanao, North and South Cotabato was known to have ability to avoid Moro rebels’ bullets during armed skirmishes.
Unfortunately, not all but some members of the Teduray ethnic group, who is the historical brother of the Moros in Mindanaw, unwittingly joined the ILAGA terror gang. Some of their womenfolk are married to the Settlers and this made the tribe powerless to intervene.
Their leader was Feliciano Luces (a. k. a. Kumander Toothpick), a protégé of Philippine Constabulary (PC) Captain Tronco who was then an aspiring mayoralty candidate in Upi running against Michael “Datu Puti” Sinsuat.
Captain Tronco's immoral use of the Ilaga terror gang divided the once harmonious relationship of the Tri People in Upi. He put an almost permanent feud that the Settler Illonggos and their Teduray wives perceived themselves to have no choice but to vot
